Orange "peeking" through anything is always pretty fun. :)Celeste Berginhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06791708298070342301noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34303509.post-39265985181656397632011-02-25T20:02:05.106-08:002011-02-25T20:02:05.106-08:00Thank you Joan, Katherine and Linda. The fact that there are so many greens and are so easy to mix, I was thrilled to do them. I'd probably do them every day if I could learn to paint in oils by mixing colors. Pretty soon you have to put brush to canvas and produce something other than a color chart though huh?. *grin.Nancy Van Blaricomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17030893675129815727noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34303509.post-18648985177768583912011-02-25T18:12:25.391-08:002011-02-25T18:12:25.391-08:00Your apples are wonderful. I made color charts years ago, probably a good exercise for me to do. again.<br />JoanJoan Breckwoldthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07026580851365108519noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34303509.post-28132069657973084722011-02-24T20:56:31.265-08:002011-02-24T20:56:31.265-08:00Wow! I am embarrassed to say that for all of the oil painting I have done lately, I have only a scraped, stained canvas to show for it. Your greens are beautiful!! Reminds me of my box of Terry Ludwig green pastels. 90 of them! I hope you'll continue to show your exercises. They are delightful!Katherine van Schoonhovenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16856296773149274225noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34303509.post-16624327447937861552011-02-24T17:13:41.678-08:002011-02-24T17:13:41.678-08:00Nancy, I think these apples are great. I am so impressed with your color charts . . . these exercises take such discipline, but are well worth it in the long run. :)Linda Nickleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10102635146350617588noreply@blogger.com
